Terms of Use

Effective August 28, 2026

By creating an account or using Liam Wealth Tools, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the service

Liam Wealth Tools provides self-directed portfolio organization, calculations, simulations, and educational information. It is not a brokerage, bank, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser, and it does not execute trades.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your information

You retain ownership of the portfolio information you enter. You authorize us and our service providers to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Do not enter information you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use it for unlawful activity.

Market information and calculations

Prices, calculations, projections, classifications, and other outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You are responsible for checking information against reliable sources before making decisions.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We may suspend or terminate accounts used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the service or other users.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Liam Wealth Tools and its operator are not responsible for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in Account Settings. Deletion permanently removes the active account and portfolio database records, subject to temporary backup and provider retention periods.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@liamwealthtools.com.
